We can not provide the best coffee if we don’t have commitment of all process of reacted coffee. We used only world high quality and carefully selected coffee beans. We order the best beans, that our buyer and roaster are cupping(testing of taste, fragrance and texture) and carefully selected, in the season.


We keep in mind that we always keep and provide fresh coffee beans. We have roaster made of German company “Robat” and our these beans are roasted by our trained roasters. We also have a special mill to grind coffee beans. We use VTA6s mill, which is made by German company “MAHKONIG”. Cutting beans quickly with ceramic blend minimizes damage to beans and grinding beans in good condition. Our coffee has been extracted by nel drip since established.


Makes coffee slowly and carefully with hospitality. This is MAEDA’s way to make coffee.

Yirgacheffe which is the Southern Ethiopia is known as the best coffee-producing district in Ethiopia.The coffee beans is loved as high quality by special coffee fan all over the world. It is a suitable place that the rich soil of Great Rift Valley has a high elevation of 2000 m and the difference in the temperature between day time and night for coffee cultivation.


The Konga agricultural cooperative under the Yigacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperation Union (YCFCU) is agricultural cooperative to produce the especially great beans among the Yirgacheffe area.

Our taster carefully selected the best Brazilian coffee beans of the time. Brazil is the best coffee beans exporting country in the world. It is our regular coffee that is used only riped beans with deep and sheen like cherry. Nutritious coffee beans have been grown in the dedicated area where have the distance between plant and plant than usual on the world-famous Brazilian large farm “Monte Alegre Farm”.

“Ryunosuke” is the our speciality since we opened. It is aroma, sweet, moderate acidity and a superior crisp aftertaste. The blend coffee is really easy to drink.


Carefully selected three kinds of coffee beans are from Brazil, Guatemala and Colombia. Brazilian beans is the top-grade “Santos No.2”. Guatemalan and Colombian beans are thorough quality control from production process to export..We make an original “Ryunosuke” coffee that we have commitment of roast and blend quantity.
