Tea room inside Nijo-jo Castle
“SABO MAEDA” is the place of tea room of Waraku-an in Nijo-jo Castle. Waraku-an is a historically important building. It was built by parts of 300-year-old former Suminokura Ryoi house and 800 garden stones from Takasegawa Ichiofunairi. In the front of tea room, there is combined Japanese and Western-style garden named “Seiryu-en”. Having a break time of sightseeing Nijo-jo Castle at “SABO MAEDA”.
